*An invitation, written on fine parchment, in excellent Tokuno calligraphy and scented with Jasmine is delivered to the headquarters of the Blue Lotus Ninja Clan to the attention of Soke Bishimi* Lord Bishimi:
An anonymous benefactor has retained an evening of entertainment, food and drink for you and your men at the Geisha House of the Ichiriki Chaya located in the Western District of Zento on a day and time of your choosing.
It is requested that you notify us several days in advance so proper preparations can be made.
Because the Okiya is a place of peace and tranquility it must be understood that all weapons, armor, masks, disguises or any trappings of battle or war be left behind. Your time at the Okiya is to be one of enjoyment and relaxation. Additionally, we ask that the art of stealth not be practice during your visit. Regretfully, if any of your men are caught traversing the shadows within the grounds of the Okiya during their visit, they will be expelled from the grounds immediately.
It is the hope of the benefactor that you will enjoy all the pleasures the Okiya of the Ichiriki Chaya can provide.
With Respect and Humility,
(Signed and Sealed)
Lady Mariko, Geisha, The Ichiriki Chaya of Tokuno

*after reading the letter Bishimi sits down to pen his reply with a smirk on his face*
Mariko-San:
I must admit, if i did not know better i would find such an invite suspicious in nature. I will do my best to convince my men of otherwise. As I have yet to write assignments for the the week it should not prove difficult to arrange a suitable time. I will write again the moment this is decided.
With regards
Soke Bishimi

*Mariko reads Soke Bishimi's response with a questioning frown and a slight paing of the heart* Soke Bishimi:
Please forgive my ignorance but I do not understand your suspicions. If you and your men are uncomfortable in such a pleasant and unthreatening setting as the Okiya then I will inform the benefactor that you do not wish to accept their gift and that they have spent good money for no reason.
Regardless, the money provided will go towards the operating costs and taxes of the Okiya.
I will await your decision with patience and understanding.
Respectfully,
(Signed and sealed)
Mariko

Mariko-San:
Clearly my words have not only insulted you but your place of business. For this I apologize as I meant to do neither. I do accept your offer, as graciously as one who has caused such insult can. I will also make sure your rules are followed word for word as my men and I enjoy our stay there.
respectfully
Bishimi
